assess
During your first 1-3 weeks, we will uncover your history, needs, goals, movement patterns, ranges of motion, and skill level. Through personalized assessments, we gain valuable insights to tailor a program just for you.
acclimate
This phase focuses on building a solid foundation with corrective work. You will have 1:1 sessions of in-person training with me where you will develop confidence, competence, and an understanding around application of intensity.
ascend
During this phase, we'll continue to work closely together with proper dosing of custom programming, individualized group classes, and 1:1 in-person training and consultations. Here you will gain autonomy in base movement, elevate your skills, and work on mastering the application of intensity.
reclaim
Now you can apply your learned skills to live a pain-free and active life. We will continue applying stages 2-4 with my added guidance to safely pursue and progress activities outside of the gym. Reclaim your active life!
